Pelican Preserve Assets and Docs - Home Page

This website presents certain documents for viewing that will show easements, deeds, plat dedications and other documents pertaining to the authority by which certain entities such as the Pelican Preserve Master Association, the Gateway Services CDD and others operate within Pelican Preserve.

Most documents will be in PDF format and will be copies of the actual documents that are recorded in the Lee County Clerk of Courts office and some aerial images from the Lee County Property Appraisers’ office to help with defining in a graphic manner the parcel being described in that document.
